PUBLIC HEARING RE PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT TO DETERMINE THE NECESSITY OF
IMPROVING CAROL DRIVE, NORTH OF SIX MILE ROAD TO THE
DEAD-END OF HARRISON STREET IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF
SECTION 12

On June 2, 2003, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council President
Engebretson at 7 00 p m Present: Don Knapp, Maureen Miller Brosnan
[Arrived 7 10 p m ), Linda M Dolan, Joe Laura [Arrived 7 05 p m ] and Gerald
Taylor Absent: Val Vandersloot.
Council President Engebretson stated that this was a public hearing on
the Proposed Special Assessment Street Improvement to determine the
necessity of improving Carol Drive, North of Six Mile Road to the dead-end of
Harrison Street in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 12
There were seven (7) persons present in the audience on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 39 p m , Monday, June 2,
2003
