CORP , FOR THE FACILITY LOCATED AT 28451 SCHOOLCRAFT RD

On Monday, July 14, 2003, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Engebretson at 7 00 p m Present: Don Knapp, Val Vandersloot,
Linda M Dolan, Gerald Taylor, Joe Laura, Maureen Miller Brosnan and Jack
Engebretson Absent: None
Council President Engebretson stated that this was a public hearing on
the question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities
Exemption Certificate by Schindler Elevator Corporation, for the facility located in
the Livonia Corporate Center at 28451 Schoolcraft Road that is to be used to
facilitate and enhance manufacturing, installation and repair of elevators and
escalators, and to house administrative support in the area, within City of Livonia
Industrial Development District No 81
There were no individuals present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 10 p m , on Monday, July 14,
2003
