HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 2002-04-03 SAD STAMFORD AVE 33494 PUBLIC HEARING RE PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET IMPROVEMENT CONSISTING OF 4" THICK ASPHALT PAVEMENT, 22 FEET WIDE, WITH NO CURBS AND ROADSIDE SWALES (ALTERNATE IV) ON STAMFORD AVENUE, FROM SCHOOLCRAFT ROAD TO 1050 FEET NORTH, IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 21 [CR 108-02] On April 3, 2002, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Councilmember Knapp at 7 01 p m Present: Val Vandersloot, Gerald Taylor, Joe Laura [7 12 p m ], and Don Knapp Absent: Linda Dolan [vacation], Maureen Miller Brosnan and Jack Engebretson [illness] Councilmember Knapp stated that this was a public hearing on the proposed Special Assessment Street Improvement consisting of 4" thick asphalt pavement, 22 feet wide, with no curbs and roadside swales (Alternate IV) on Stamford Avenue, from Schoolcraft Road to 1050 feet North, in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 21 There were twelve (12) persons present in the audience on this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
