FOR AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE
RE DENSITY COMPUTATIONS THAT GOVERN A SINGLE FAMILY
DEVELOPMENT
On June 12, 2002, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Councilmember
Engebretson at 7 00 p m Present: Jack Engebretson, Don Knapp, and Joe
Laura Absent: Maureen Miller Brosnan, Linda M Dolan, Gerald Taylor, and Val
Vandersloot.
Council President Engebretson stated that in accordance with the
provisions set forth in Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan 1921,
as amended, the Zoning Act (M S.A Section 5 2934, M C L.A. 125 584), as well
as Article XXII of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia,
the Council of the City of Livonia is holding a public hearing to determine whether
or not to amend Sections 20 02A of Article XX of the Zoning Ordinance to
reduce density computations that govern a single family cluster development and
establish guidelines to consider impacts of single family cluster developments on
future development of adjacent properties
There were seven (7) individuals present in the audience on this matter

Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was adjourned at 7 34 p m , Wednesday, June 12,
2002
