MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON REZONING PETITION
On September 23, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Councilmember
Engebretson at 7.00 p m. Present: Jack Engebretson, Don Knapp, Gerald
Taylor, Joe Laura and Maureen Miller Brosnan [7.04 p m ] Absent: Val
Vandersloot and Linda M Dolan
Council President Engebretson stated that this was a public hearing on
the proposed installation of missing sidewalks on the south side of Seven Mile
Road between Inkster and Middlebelt Roads to be done in conjunction with the
road widening and resurfacing of Seven Mile Road by Wayne County
There were eight (8) individuals present in the audience on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was adjourned at 7 10 p m on September 23, 2002
