PUBLIC HEARING RE PETITION 01-11-02-26, SUBMITTED BY
MICHAEL SOAVE REQUESTING WAIVER USE APPROVAL TO
DEVELOP SINGLE FAMILY CLUSTER HOMES IN SECTION 10
[CR 111-02]
On March 25, 2002, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council President
Engebretson at 7 00 p m. Present: Don Knapp, Val Vandersloot, Linda Dolan, Gerald
Taylor, Maureen Miller Brosnan and Jack Engebretson Absent: None
Council President Engebretson stated that this was a public hearing on the
question of whether to approve Petition 01-11-02-26, submitted by Michael Soave
requesting waiver use approval to develop single family cluster homes to be located at
32405 Seven Mile Road
There were eighteen(18) persons present in the audience on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 48 p m., Monday, March 25, 2002.
