PUBLIC HEARING RE REQUEST SUBMITTED BY
LAURENCE R. GOSS, MEMBER, PINNACLE AUBURN HILLS, LLC,
DATED SEPTEMBER 18, 2001, PROPOSING THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT.
On November 14, 2001, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council President Brosnan
at TOO p m. Present: Val Vandersloot, Jack Engebretson and Maureen Miller Brosnan.
Absent: John Walsh, John Pastor, Brian Duggan and Joe Laura.
Council President Brosnan stated that this was a public hearing on the question
of whether this City Council should approve the request from Pinnacle Auburn Hills, LLC,
for the establishment of an Industrial Development District within the boundaries of the
City of Livonia in an area of approximately 14 38 acres lying in the Southeast 1/4 of
Section 6, which is hereinafter referred to as "Proposed City of Livonia Industrial
Development District No 85 "
There was one (1) individual present in the audience on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 09 p m , Wednesday, November 14,
2001
