HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 2001-12-05 PETITION 2001-07-06-08 33330 PUBLIC HEARING RE Petition 01-07-06-08, SUBMITTED BY THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TO DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT TO AMEND SECTION 18 58 OF ARTICLE XVIII OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH A 60-DAY TIME LIMIT FROM THE DATE A SITE PLAN IS APPROVED BY COUNCIL FOR THE SUBMITTAL OF ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, SUCH AS LANDSCAPE PLANS AND SIGNAGE [CR 667-01] On December 5, 2001, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council Vice President Vandersloot at 7 15 p m Present: Brian Duggan and Val Vandersloot. Absent: John Walsh, John Pastor, Joe Laura, Jack Engebretson and Maureen Miller Brosnan Council Vice President Vandersloot stated that this was a public hearing on the question of whether to approve the request submitted by the City Planning Commission to determine whether or not to amend Section 18 58 of Article XVIII of the Zoning Ordinance to establish a 60-day time limit from the date a site plan is approved by Council for the submittal of any additional information, such as landscape plans and signage There was one (1) person present in the audience on this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
