On December 17, 2001, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Councilmember Brosnan at
7 04 p m Present: Val Vandersloot, John Pastor, Brian Duggan, Joe Laura [7 05 p m j,
Jack Engebretson and Maureen Miller Brosnan Absent: John Walsh
Council President Brosnan stated that this was a public hearing on the question
of whether to approve the request of Susan M Harvey, Vice President, Ashley Capital,
LLLC, Agent for Ashley Livonia North, LLC, dated October 22, 2001, for speculative
building units in Buildings 1 and 2 located in the Livonia Corporate Center, 28101-28401
Schoolcraft Road, to be located within City of Livonia Industrial Development District 72
There were three (3) persons present in the audience on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 17 p m , Monday, December 17, 2001
