On February 11, 2002, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council Vice President
Knapp at 7 00 p m Present: Val Vandersloot, Linda Dolan, Gerald Taylor, Joe Laura,
Maureen Miller Brosnan and Don Knapp Absent: Jack Engebretson (ill)
Council Vice President Vandersloot stated that this was a public hearing on the
question of whether to approve the request submitted by Allie Investment Company for a
change of zoning of property located on the east side of Fremont Avenue between
Norfolk Avenue and Bretton Road in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 2 from RUFA to R-2
There were thirty-four (34) persons present in the audience on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 10 p m., Monday, February 11, 2002.
