PUBLIC HEARING RE APPLICATIONS FOR INDUSTRIAL
FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE FROM BLUE DOT DESIGN,
LLC, AND FUSION TECH, INC , 35457 INDUSTRIAL ROAD DATED
APRIL 16, 2001, FOR TRANSFER OF THE TAX ABATEMENT
PREVIOUSLY GRANTED TO GPD, INC

On July 9, 2001, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center
Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council President Brosnan at 7 00
p m. Present: Brian Duggan, John Pastor[7 03], John Walsh and Maureen Miller
Brosnan Absent: Val Vandersloot, Jack Engebretson and Joe Laura
Council President Brosnan stated that this was a public hearing on the question
of whether to approve the Applications for Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate from
Blue Dot Design, LLC, and Fusion Tech, Inc., 35457 Industrial Road dated April 16,
2001, for transfer of the tax abatement previously granted to GPD, Inc. on December 30,
1993, in Council Resolution 1007-93 for 12 years (Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate No 93-636), for a facility located at 35457 Industrial Road, which is located in
City of Livonia Industrial Development District 57
There were three (3) persons present on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 08 p m , Monday, July 9, 2001
