RAUCH, KEMP, KLEIN, UMPHREY & ENDELMAN, ON BEHALF OF INTERNATIONAL PAPER COMPANY, DATED JUNE 11, 2001, COVERING NEW INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES TO BE LOCATED WITHIN CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT 72 [CR 436-01] On August 6, 2001, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Councilmember Brosnan at TOO p m Present: Val Vandersloot, John Walsh, John Pastor, Joe Laura, Jack Engebretson and Maureen Miller Brosnan Absent: Brian Duggan Council President Brosnan stated that this was a public hearing on the question of whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate from International Paper Company for real and personal property to support paper product manufacturing operations at the facility located at 28401 Schoolcraft Road There were four (4) persons present on this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 10 p m , Monday, August 6, 2001 nn JO J McCOTTER, CITY CLERK
