HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 2001-05-09 SAD STAMFORD AVENUE 32977 L PUBLIC HEARING RE• PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT: DEPARTMENT OF ASSESSMENT, RE: ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT OF STAMFORD AVENUE, NORTH OF SCHOOLCRAFT ROAD, IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 21, T. 1 S , R. 9 E., CITY OF LIVONIA, WAYNE COUNTY, MICHIGAN (CR 204-01) On May 9, 2001, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Councilmember Brosnan at 7.00 p.m. Present: Brian Duggan, Joe Laura, Jack Engebretson, John Walsh and Maureen Miller Brosnan Absent: Val Vandersloot and John Pastor Council President Brosnan stated that this was a public hearing on the question of whether this City Council should approve the Assessment Roll for the Special L Assessment Street Improvement Project for STAMFORD AVENUE, North of Schoolcraft Road, in the Southeast 'A of Section 21, T 1 S , R. 9 E , City of Livonia, Wayne County Michigan There were nine (9) persons present on this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
