HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 2001-01-29 IFEC QUICKEN LOANS 32760 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING RE: APPLICATION FOR INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE FROM QUICKEN LOANS, INC., DATED DECEMBER 15, 2000, COVERING THE EXPANSION OF THEIR INDUSTRIAL FACILITY AT 20555 VICTOR PARKWAY WHICH IS LOCATED WITHIN CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT 83. [CR 927-00] On January 29, 2001, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council President Brosnan at 7.00 p m Present: Val Vandersloot, John Walsh, John Pastor, Joe Laura, Jack Engebretson and Val Vandersloot. Absent: Brian Duggan Council President Brosnan stated that this was a public hearing on the question of whether this City Council should approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate from Gregory Burkart, Senior Manager, Ernst & Young LLP, on behalf of Quicken Loans, Inc., and Tammy Zionkowski, Treasurer, Quicken Loans, Inc., dated December 15, 2000, for the expansion of their Livonia facility located at 20555 Victor Parkway, so as to house the web center for Internet-based mortgage and financing, within City of Livonia Industrial Development District No 83 There were three (3) persons present on this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
