FOR THEIR FACILITY LOCATED AT 36580 COMMERCE ROAD WITHIN PROPOSED CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT 82. [CR 41-01] On February 26, 2001, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council President Brosnan at 7 11 p m. Present: Brian Duggan, Joe Laura, Jack Engebretson and Maureen Miller Brosnan Absent: Val Vandersloot, John Walsh and John Pastor Council President Brosnan stated that this was a public hearing on the question of whether this City Council should approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate from Evan D Lyall, CEO, Roush Industries, Inc., dated January L 11, 2001 for new machinery, equipment and leasehold improvements of be used for engineering services for commercial research and development on a contract basis for new automobile models for their facility located at 36580 Commerce Road within Proposed City of Livonia Industrial Development District 82 There were three (3) persons present on this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
