(CR 844-00 AND CR 70-01) On March 14, 2001, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Councilmember Joe Laura at 7.00 p m Present: Jack Engebretson, John Walsh, John Pastor[? 06], Brian Duggan and Joe Laura Absent: Val Vandersloot and Maureen Miller Brosnan Councilmember Laura stated that this was a public hearing on the question of whether this City Council should approve the Assessment Roll for the Special LAssessment Street Improvement Project for HENRY RUFF ROAD between Lyndon Avenue and Five Mile Road in the Northeast and Northwest %of Section 23 There were twenty-eight (28) persons present on this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
