REQUESTING WAIVER USE APPROVAL TO OPERATE A FULL-SERVICE RESTAURANT WITHIN AN EXISTING BUILDING ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF PLYMOUTH ROAD BETWEEN MIDDLEBELT ROAD AND MILBURN AVENUE IN THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 35 [CR 15-01] On March 28, 2001, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council Vice President Vandersloot at 7.20 p m. Present: John Pastor, Joe Laura, Jack Engebretson and Val Vandersloot. Absent: John Walsh, Brian Duggan and Maureen Miller Brosnan Council Vice President Vandersloot stated that in accordance with the provisions set forth in Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan 1921, as amended, the Zoning Act (M S.A. Section 5 2934, M C L.A. 125 584), as well as Article XXIII of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, the Council of the City of Livonia is holding a public hearing to determine whether or not to approve the request for waiver use approval to operate a full service restaurant within an existing building on property located on the south side of Plymouth Road between Middlebelt Road and Milburn Avenue in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 35 There were eighteen (18) persons present on this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 49 p m , Wednesday, March 28, 2001 1Jt, 29' t6jt 't JOA cCOTTER, CITY CLERK
