HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 2001-04-02 PETITION 2000-12-01-23 32886 PETITION 00-12-1-23 SUBMITTED BY LEO SOAVE, FOR A CHANGE OF ZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF CROSS WINDS ROAD NORTH OF SIX MILE ROAD IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 11, FROM RUFC TO R-3 (Rural Urban Farm to 1/2 Acre Minimum Lot to One Family Residential — 80" x 120" Lot) On April 2, 2001, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council President Brosnan at 7 32 p m Present: John Walsh, John Pastor, Brian Duggan, Joe Laura, Jack Engebretson and Maureen Miller Brosnan Absent: Val Vandersloot. Council President Brosnan stated that in accordance with the provisions set forth in Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan 1921, as amended, the Zoning Act (M S.A. Section 5 2934, M C L.A. 125 584), as well as Article XXIII of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, the Council of the City of Livonia is holding a public hearing to determine whether or not to approve the request for a change of zoning of property located on the east side of Cross Winds Road north of Six Mile Road in the southwest 1/4 of Section 11, from RUFC to R-3 (Rural Urban Farm to /2 Acre Minimum Lot to One Family Residential — 80' x 120' Lot) There were four (4) persons present on this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 49 p m , Monday, April 2, 2001 )7)2 JO McCOTTER, CITY CLERK
