FOR THEIR FACILITY LOCATED AT 36580 COMMERCE ROAD WITHIN PROPOSED CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT 82. [CR 141-01] On April 9, 2001, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council President Brosnan at 7.00 p m. Present: Val Vandersloot, John Walsh, Joe Laura, Jack Engebretson and Maureen Miller Brosnan Absent: Brian Duggan and John Pastor Council President Brosnan stated that that this was a public hearing on the question of whether this City Council should approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate from Evan D Lyall, CEO, Roush Industries, Inc. dated January 11, 2001 covering new industrial facilities to be located at 36580 Commerce Road within City of Livonia Industrial Development District 82 There was one (1) person present on this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
