STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT: DEPARTMENT OF ASSESSMENT,
RE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT OF
LAMONT STREET FROM 130 FEET NORTH OF JOY ROAD TO
200 FEET SOUTH OF NORTHFIELD

On April 11, 2001, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council President Brosnan
at 7 00 p m Present: John Walsh, Joe Laura, Jack Engebretson and Maureen Miller
Brosnan Absent: Val Vandersloot, Brian Duggan and John Pastor
Council President Brosnan stated that that this was a public hearing on the
question of whether this City Council should approve the Assessment Roll for the
Special Assessment Street Improvement Project for LAMONT STREET from 130
feet North of Joy Road to 200 feet South of Northfield
There were six (6) persons present on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 14 p m , Wednesday, April 11, 2001
