PETITION 00-3-6-1, SUBMITTED BY THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION, PURSUANT TO COUNCIL RESOLUTION 177-00, TO DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT TO AMEND SECTION 18.45 OF ARTICLE XVIII OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO PROTECTIVE WALLS AND GREENBELTS. On September 20, 2000, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Acting President Laura at 7.30 p m. Present: Brian Duggan, John Pastor, Jack Engebretson and Joe Laura. Absent: Val Vandersloot, John J Walsh and Maureen Miller Brosnan Acting President Laura stated that in accordance with the provisions set forth in Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan 1921, as amended, the Zoning Act (M.S.A. Section 5 2934, M C L.A. 125 584), as well as Article XXIII of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, the Council of the City of Livonia is holding a public hearing to determine whether or not to amend Section 18 45 of Article XVIII of the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to protective walls and greenbelts There was one (1) person present on this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
