AVENUE AND FIVE MILE ROAD LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST AND
NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 23. (687-00)
On October 18, 2000, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President
Brosnan at 7 16 p m Present: Val Vandersloot, John Pastor, John Walsh, Brian
Duggan and Maureen Miller Brosnan Absent: Jack Engebretson, John Walsh
and Joe Laura
President Brosnan stated that this was a public hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should approve the Special Assessment Street
Improvement of Henry Ruff between Five Mile Road and Lyndon in the Northeast
and Northwest 1/4 of Section 23
There were thirty (30) persons present on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 23 p m , Wednesday,
October 18, 2000
