MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING RE: PETITION 00-4-SN-4,
SUBMITTED BY COUNTRY STYLE MARKET, REQUESTING APPROVAL
FOR SIGNAGE FOR THE COMMERCIAL BUILDING LOCATED AT
19618 MIDDLEBELT ROAD IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 1.
On August 28, 2000, two(2) hearings were held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and this matter was called to order by President
Brosnan at 7 05 p.m. Present: John Walsh, John Pastor, Brian Duggan, Joe Laura,
Jack Engebretson and Maureen Brosnan Absent: Val Vandersloot.
President Brosnan stated that this was a public hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should approve the request for signage for the commercial
building located at 19618 Middlebelt Road in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 1
There was one (1) person present in the audience
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7.20 p.m., Monday, August 28, 2000
