MANUFACTURING, INC AND GIBBONS REALTY, L.L.C., DATED APRIL 24,
2000, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 35055 GLENDALE, PROPOSING THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT.

On June 26, 2000, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President Brosnan at 7 00
p m. Present: Jack Engebretson and Maureen Miller Brosnan. Absent: Val
Vandersloot, John Walsh, John Pastor, Brian Duggan and Joe Laura.
President Brosnan stated that this was a public hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should establish an Industrial Development District for J C
Gibbons Manufacturing, Inc. and Gibbons Realty, L L C , for property located at
35055 Glendale in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 28
There were no (0) persons present on this matter Councilmember Engebretson
offered a resolution for No Further Action due to Petitioner's withdrawal of this request.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 03 p m , Monday, June 26, 2000
