MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING RE• A PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET IMPROVEMENT OF NORFOLK AVENUE FROM 150 FEET WEST OF MELVIN AVENUE TO OPORTO AVENUE, AND OPORTO AVENUE FROM NORFOLK AVENUE TO MORLOCK AVENUE (630 FEET), AS MODIFIED TO INCLUDE A THROUGH STREET [CR 372-00] On June 28, 2000, a hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President Brosnan at 7 02 p m Present: John Walsh [7 12 p m ], John Pastor, Jack Engebretson and Maureen Brosnan Absent: Val Vandersloot, Brian Duggan and Joe Laura President Brosnan stated that this was a public hearing on the question of whether this City Council should approve the Special Assessment Street Improvement of Norfolk Avenue from 150 feet west of Melvin Avenue to Oporto Avenue, and Oporto Avenue from Norfolk Avenue to Morlock Avenue (630 feet), as modified to include a through street. There were eighteen (18) persons present on these matters Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
