On August 14, 2000, three(3) hearings were held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and were called to order by President Brosnan at 7.00 p m Present: John Pastor, Joe Laura, Jack Engebretson and Maureen Brosnan Absent: Val Vandersloot, John Walsh and Brian Duggan President Brosnan stated that this was a public hearing on the question of whether this City Council should approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate from Dearborn Lithograph, Inc., 12380 Globe Street, to cover the purchase of one 1994 Heidelberg Speedmaster Color Printing Press, located in Industrial Development District No 3 There were 24 persons present in the audience Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
