HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 2000-08-14 TIME WARNER CABLE 32435 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING RE• PROPOSED TIME WARNER CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE ORDINANCE GRANTING A RENEWAL OF THE CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE TO TIME WARNER CABLE (CR 448-00) On August 14, 2000, three(3) hearings were held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and this matter was called to order by President Brosnan at 7 23 p m Present: John Pastor, Joe Laura, Jack Engebretson and Maureen Brosnan Absent: Val Vandersloot, John Walsh and Brian Duggan President Brosnan stated that this was a public hearing on the question of whether this City Council should approve the proposed Time Warner Cable Television Franchise Ordinance granting a renewal of the Cable Television Franchise to Time Warner Cable There were 23 persons present in the audience Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
