MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING RE: PETITION 99-10-1-17, BY LEO SOAVE,
REQUESTING TO REZONE PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF
ANN ARBOR TRAIL BETWEEN STARK ROAD AND FARMINGTON ROAD IN
THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 33 FROM RUF TO R-IB (Rural Urban
Farm — 1/2 Acre Lots to One Family Residential — 60' x 120' Lots).

On February 7, 2000, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President
Brosnan at 709 p m Present: John Walsh, John Pastor, Brian Duggan, Joe
Laura, Jack Engebretson and Maureen Miller Brosnan
Absent: Val Vandersloot.
President Brosnan stated that this was a public hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should approve Petition 99-10-1-17 submitted by Leo
Soave requesting a change of zoning of property located on the north side of Ann
Arbor Trail between Stark Road and Farmington Road in the Southeast Y. of
Section 33 from RUF to R-1B (Rural Urban Farm — % Acre Lots to One Family
Residential — 60' x 120' Lots)
There were three (3) persons present on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7.25 p m , Monday,
February 7, 2000
