TO ESTABLISH AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT RE: A 185,000 SQUARE FOOT FACILITY TO BE USED FOR MANUFACTURING AND WHICH WILL EMPLOY APPROXIMATELY 200 EMPLOYEES, LOCATED AT 12001 FARMINGTON ROAD IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 28, WHICH IS HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "PROPOSED CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO 79" [CR 54-00] On February 28, 2000, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President Brosnan at 7.00 p m. Present: John Walsh, John Pastor, Brian Duggan and Maureen Brosnan Absent: Val Vendersloot, Joe Laura and Jack Engebretson President Brosnan stated that this was a public hearing on the question of whether this City Council should establish an Industrial Development District for Progressive Tool & Industries Co at 12001 Farmington Road in the southeast 1/4 of Section 28 There were six (6) persons present on these matters Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk. The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 15 p m , Monday, February 28, 2000 hrm,, JO4 McCOTTER, CITY CLERK
