Johnston, Municipal Relations Representative, McLEOD USA, re• as required under Section 12.06 050 of the Livonia Code of Ordinance, as amended [CR 55-00] On March 1, 2000, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President Engebretson at 8 47 p m Present: John Walsh, John Pastor, Brian Duggan and Maureen Brosnan Absent: Val Vandersloot, Joe Laura and Jack Engebretson President Brosnan stated that this was a public hearing on the question of whether this City Council should approve the Application for Telecommunications Permit for McLeod USA for the placement of overhead cable on existing Detroit Edison poles starting at Eight Mile and Newburgh Roads and traveling down Newburgh Road to the south side of Schoolcraft Road, then west on Schoolcraft Road to Eckles Road, the western border of Livonia City limits (CR 55-00) There were three (3) persons present on these matters Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
