On March 20, 2000, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President Brosnan at 7 07 p m Present: Val Vandersloot, John Walsh [7 13], John Pastor, Jack Engebretson and Maureen Miller Brosnan Absent: Brian Duggan and Joe Laura President Brosnan stated that this was a public hearing on the question of whether this LCity Council should approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate for Technicolor Videocassette of Michigan, Inc. at 28301 Middlebelt Road, Suite 300 within the City of Livonia Industrial Development District 72 There were twenty-one (21) persons present on these matters Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
