HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 2000-03-20 PETITION 1999-12-01-21 32160 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING RE: PETITION 99-12-1-21 SUBMITTED BY JAMES M SZYKRYBALO, ON BEHALF OF BARBARA MURPHY-McEWEN, FOR A CHANGE OF ZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF FAIRFIELD AVENUE BETWEEN FIVE MILE ROAD AND MEADOWBROOK LANE IN THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 22 FROM R-7 TO R-C (Multiple Family Residential to Condominium Residential) On March 20, 2000, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President Brosnan at 8 04 p m Present: Val Vandersloot, John Walsh, John Pastor, Jack Engebretson and Maureen Miller Brosnan Absent: Brian Duggan and Joe Laura President Brosnan stated that this was a public hearing on the question of whether this City Council should approve Petition 99-12-1-21 submitted by James M Szykrybalo, on behalf of Barbara Murphy-McEwen, for a change of zoning of property located on the west side of Fairfield Avenue between Five Mile Road and Meadowbrook Lane in the Northwest IA of Section 22 from R-7 to R-C There were two (2) persons present on this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
