PUBLIC HEARING RE: REVISED ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE SPECIAL
,, ASSESSMENT STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT FOR LAMONT STREET
(130 feet north of Joy Road to 200 feet south of Northfield Avenue) AND
STONEHOUSE AVENUE (130 feet north of Joy Road to Minton Avenue)
IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 31.
On March 29, 2000, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President Brosnan at 7 00
p m. Present: Brian Duggan, Jack Engebretson, John Pastor and Maureen Miller
Brosnan Absent: Val Vandersloot, John Walsh and Joe Laura
President Brosnan stated that this was a public hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should approve the Revised Assessment Roll for the special
assessment street improvement project for LAMONT STREET from 130 feet North of
Joy Road to 200 feet South of Northfield Avenue AND STONEHOUSE AVENUE from
130 feet North of Joy Road to Minton Avenue in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 31
There were thirty-one (31) persons present on these matters
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 05 p m , Wednesday, March 29,
2000
