HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1999-09-27 AMERITECH CABLE 31885 PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED NONEXCLUSIVE CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE AGREEMENT WITH AMERITECH NEW MEDIA TO DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT TO APPROVE SUCH CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE AGREEMENT (CR 566-99) On September 27, 1999, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President Engebretson at 7.55 p.m Present: John Walsh, Val Vandersloot, John Pastor, Brian Duggan, Maureen Miller Brosnan and Jack Engebretson Absent: Joe Laura. President Engebretson stated that this was a public hearing on the proposed nonexclusive Cable Television Franchise Agreement with Ameritech New Media to determine whether or not to approve such cable television franchise agreement. There were nineteen (19) persons present on these matters Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
