HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1996-04-03 SAD OAKCREST VILLAS 29422 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING RELATIVE TO THE NECESSITY OF A PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET LIGHTS INSTALLATION PROJECT IN THE OAKCREST VILLAS SUBDIVISION IN THE S.E. 1/4 OF SECTION 11 On April 3, 1996, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 14 p m Present: Michael P McGee, Gerald D Taylor, Brian Duggan, Fernon P Feenstra, Maureen Miller Brosnan, Val Vandersloot and Joe Laura Absent: None The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the proposed Special Assessment Street Lighting Project in the Oakcrest Villas Subdivision in the S E. 1/4 of Section 11, City of Livonia, Michigan There were approximately 2 (two) persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
