MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED USE OF
FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS

On October 11, 1978, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice
President of the Council at 7 37 P M Roll was called and present were
Robert D. Bennett, Robert F. Nash, Gerald D Taylor, Jerry Raymond, Robert R
Bishop and Peter A. Ventura Absent Robert E McCann
There were approximately five people present
The Vice President stated that under the Federal Revenue Sharing Act
must hold public hearing on the proposed use of Federal revenue sharing before the
public hearing on the budget is held.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 56 P. M , October 11, 1978
