MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 69-1-2-1 (Waiver Use)
SECTION 25, CITY OF LIVONIA
On May 14, 1969, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five
Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council
at 7:07 P. M. Present--Edward H. McNamara, Rudolf R. Kleinert, Peter A. Ventura,
Robert F. Nash, Edward G. Milligan. Absent--Jerry Raymond and Robert E. McCann.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543,
the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of
Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said
Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a Public Hearing on a "Waiver of Use"
petition submitted by Keith Metcalf, Inc., Agent for Minnie Pearl's Chicken System,
Inc. requesting permission to build and operate a Minnie Pearl's Chicken System, Inc.
retail outlet as a waiver use on property zoned C-2 and located on Plymouth Road
between Middlebelt and Haller in Section 25, City of Livonia.
There were no comments from the audience regarding this petition.
The public hearing was declared closed at 7:13 P. M., May 14, 1969.
