HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1968-09-09 PETITION 1968-05-02-09 9858 NaNUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 68-5-2-9 (Waiver Use) SECTION 34, CITY OF LIVONIA On September 9, 1968, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at approximately 9:08 P. M. Present--Edward H. McNamara, Peter A. Ventura, Jerry Raymond, Robert E. McCann, and Edward G. Milligan. Absent--Rudolf R. Kleinert, and Robert F. Nash. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a Public Hearing on a "Waiver of Use" petition submitted by Rodney C. Kropf, attorney for Daniel A. Lidell requesting permission to construct a Shell Service Station as a waiver use on property zoned C-2 and located L on the southeast corner of Plymouth Road and Farmington Road in the N. W. 1/4 of Section 34 of the City of Livonia. There were three people in the audience. Comments from Rodney C. Kropf and A. J. Erwin, Real Estate Representative of the Shell Oil Company were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
