HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1968-08-19 SAD LEVAN 9817 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL RELATIVE TO INSTALLING SIDEWALKS ON THE EAST SIDE OF LEVAN FROM JAMISON TO FIVE MILE ROAD IN SECTION 20 L On August 19, 1968, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at approximately 8:15 P. M. Present--Edward H. McNamara, Peter A. Ventura, and Robert E. McCann. Absent--Rudolf R. Kleinert, Jerry Raymond, Robert F. Nash, and Edward G. Milligan. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 101, as amended, of the City of Livonia, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure", and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. LOl, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing for the purpose of reviewing the assessment roll for the installation of sidewalks on the east side of Levan Road from Jamison Street to Five Mile Road, Section 20, City of Livonia. There was no one present in the audience regarding the above matter. The public hearing was declared closed at 8:16 P. M., August 19, 1968. ADDISON W. BACON, it' Cie.
