HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1967-03-01 PETITION 1966-09-01-29 8522 MINUTFS OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A ZONING PETITION LOn March 1, 1967, the above Hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Chairman, Councilman Kleinert, at approximately 7:46 P. M. Present--Rudolf R. Kleinert and Edward G. Milligan. Absent--Peter A. Ventura, Edward H. McNamara, Jerry Raymond, Robert F. Nash, and Jack Salvadore. Pursuant to Section 23.06 of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance, the City Clerk has duly published and mailed notices fifteen (15) days prior to the Hearing date to those persons in the area affected by the proposed change and all other requirements of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance, have been fulfilled. The Chairman stated that in accordance with the provisions set forth in Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1921, as amended, the City Zoning Act, (M.B.A. Section 5.2934), as well as Article XXIII of Ordinance 543, the LiZoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, the Council of the City of Livonia is hold- ing a public hearing relative to a request for a change of zoning within the City. Petition #66-9-1-29, for change of zoning in Section 14 from RUFA to PS, submitted by James E. Mies, attorney for Byron B. and Lillian M. Lewis, 29925 W. Six Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan. There were seven people in the audience. Mr. James E. Mies spoke in behalf of the petitioner and there were no objectors to the petition. There being no further comments, the Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:00 P. M., March 1, 1967. ADDISON W. BACON, Ci '. Cle'
