MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A ZONING PETITION
On January 4, 1967, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001
LFive Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the
Council at approximately 8:10 P. M. Present--Peter A. Ventura, Rudolf R. Kleinert,
Robert F. Nash, and Edward G. Milligan. Absent--Edward H. McNamara, Jerry Raymond,
and Jack Salvadore.
Petition No. 66-6-6-10, initiated by the City Planning Commission on its
own motion to determine whether or not to amend Ordinance No. 543 so as to provide
for site plan approval by the Planning Commission in C-1, C-2, and PS Districts.
There were eleven people in the audience.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council. There were no objectors present regarding this petition.
There being no further comments, the Public Hearing was declared closed at
approximately 8:27 P. M., January 4, 1967.
