HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1966-09-07 PETITION 1966-06-02-14 Page 8121 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 66-6-2-14 (Waiver Use) SECTION 3, CITY OF LIVONIA On September 7, 1966, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at approximately 8:05 P. M. Present--Peter A. Ventura, Rudolf R. Kleinert, and Edward G. Milligan. Absent--Edward H. McNamara, Jerry Raymond, Robert F. Nash, and Jack Salvadore. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council was opening a Public Hearing on a "Waiver of Use" petition submitted by Sun Oil Company, 500 South Dix Avenue, Detroit, Michigan 48217, request- ing permission to erect a gasoline service station as a waiver use on property zoned C-2 and located at the Southeast corner of Farmington and Eight Mile Roads in the LNorthwest 1/4 of Section 3. There were six people present at the Hearing. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera- tion by the Council. There being no further comments, the Public Hearing was declared closed at approximately 8:19 P. M., September 7, 1966. ADDISON W. BACO' C' 'y erk
