HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1966-12-14 SAD BROOKFIELD AVE Page 8366 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL RELATIVE TO INSTALLING PAVING AND STORM SEWERS ON BROOKFIELD AND FAIRFIELD AVENUE On December 14, 1966, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at approximately 10:35 P. M. Present--Peter A. Ventura, Rudolf R. Kleinert, Edward H. McNamara and Edward G. Milligan. Absent--Jerry Raymond, Robert F. Nash, and Jack Salvadore. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, of the City of Livonia, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure", and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 401, as amended, the City Council was opening a Public Hearing for the purpose of review- ing the assessment roll for the installation of paving and storm sewers for Fairfield Land Brookfield Avenue south of Five Mile Road in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 22, City of Livonia, Michigan. There were two people in the audience who both stated there were no objec- tions to the assessment. There being no further comments, the Public Hearing was declared closed at approximately 10:38 P.
