HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1966-04-18 PETITION 1965-11-02-12 Page 7848 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 65-11-2-12 (Waiver Use) SECTION 19, CITY OF LIVONIA On April 18, 1966, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at approximately 7:37 P. M. Present--Peter A. Ventura, Rudolf R. Kleinert, *James R. McCann, Robert F. Nash, Jack Salvadore, and *Edward G. Milligan. Absent-- Edward H. McNamara. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council was opening a Public Hearing on a "Waiver of Use" petition submitted by Shell Oil Company, 1922 S. Monroe, Dearborn, Michigan, requesting per- mission to erect a gasoline service station as a waiver use on Parcel 19A2ala located at the Southwest corner of Five Mile Road and Newburgh Road in Section 19, which prop- erty is zoned C-2. *Councilman James R. McCann entered the Public Hearing at 7:38 P. M. Mr. A. J. Erwin, Real Estate Representative for Shell Oil Company, commented on the petition. *Councilman Milligan entered the Public Hearing at 7:47 P. M. There were no objectors present regarding this petition. There being no further comments, the Public Hearing was declared closed at approximately 7:50 P. M. , April 18, 1966. ADDISON W.
