HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1966-05-02 PETITION 1965-10-02-09 Page 7877 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 65-10-2-9 (Waiver Use) SECTION 33, CITY OF LIVONIA On May 2, 1966, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at approximately 9:10 P. M. Present--Peter A. Ventura, Rudolf R. Kleinert, Robert F. Nash, Jack Salvadore, and Edward G. Milligan. Absent--James R. McCann and Edward H. McNamara. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council was opening a Public Hearing on a "Waiver of Use" petition submitted by Donald Lawrence, 20105 W. 8 Mile, Detroit, Michigan, requesting per- mission to construct a 43-bed addition to the present convalescent home as a waiver use on property zoned PS and located on the northeast corner of Ann Arbor Trail and Stark Road on parcel 33c1a, in Section 33. There were approximately nine interested persons at the Hearing. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council. There being no further comments, the Public Hearing was declared closed at approximately 9:45 P. M., May 2, 1966. ADDISON W. BACON, CitC er ir.
