HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1966-05-23 PETITION 1966-01-02-02 Page 7929 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 66-1-2-2 (Waiver Use) SECTION 22, CITY OF LIVONIA On May 23, 1966, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice-President of the Council at approximately 7:36 P. M. Present--Robert F. Nash, Jack Salvadore, Edward G. Milli- gan, Rudolf R. Kleinert, and Edward H. McNamara. Absent--Peter A. Ventura and James R. McCann. The Vice-President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Pub- lic Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordi- nance No. 543, the City Council was opening a Public Hearing on a "Waiver of Use" petition submitted by The American Oil Company, P. 0. Box 2858, Detroit, Michigan, re- questing permission to erect a service station as a waiver use on property zoned C-2 and located on the southwest corner of Five Mile Road and Merriman Road in the North- east 1/4 of Section 22. There were four interested persons in the audience. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council. There being no further comments, the Public Hearing was declared closed at approximately 8:10 P. M., May 23, 1966. ADDISON W. BACON, C• t Cl
