HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1959-03-23 NECESSITY JAMISON AVE Page 3865 MINUTES OF PUBLIC IE.ARING ON NECESSITY FOR INSTALLING CERTAIN ROAD IMPROVE= ON JAMISON AVENUE FROM GARDEN TO MIDDLEBELT ROAD IN SECTION 214, CITY OF LIVONIA On March 23, 1959, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, aid was called to order by the Vice President of the Council at approximately 9105 P. M. Present-- James R. McCann, Sydney B. Bagnall, Rudolf R. Kleinert, Robert Sasser and Frank O'Neill. Absent-- Austin T. Grant and Jack Salvadore. The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 31, as amended, of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 31, as amended, the City Council was opening a Public Hearing for the purpose of determining whether or not to install certain road improvements on Jamison Avenue from Garden to Middlebelt Road in Section 214. Questions and comments by residents were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk. There being no further discussion, the Vice President declared the Public Hearing closed at approximately 9:27 P. M., March 23, 1959. 01 62e/ Mar. z W. Clark, City Clerk
