HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1958-09-04 SAD SECTION 36 Page 3555 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR STREET LIGHTING IN SECTION 36, CITY OF LIVONIA On September 4, 1958, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order at approximately 8:15 P. M., by Councilman Rudolf R. Kleinert, who presided over the meeting as Chairman. Present-- Rudolf R. Kleinert, James R. McCann, Robert Sasser, and Jack Salvadore. Absent-- Austin T. Grant, Frank O'Neill and Sydney B. Bagnall. Pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 31 of the City of Livonia, as amended, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with Section 12 of said Ordinance No. 31, as amended, the Public Hearing for the purpose of reviewing the special assessment roll for street lighting in Section 36 was declared open. Questions and comments made by residents were given due consideration by the Council, which questions and comments appear in a transcript of this meeting on file in the office of the City Clerk. Marie W. Clark, City Clerk, read letters from Mr. R. G. Charpentier, 28440 Richland Avenue and Mr. and Mrs. Edward Branham, 28472 Elmira Avenue, which were received and placed on file. There being no further discussion, the Public Hearing for the purpose of considering the assessment roll for Street Lighting in Section 36 was declared closed at approximately 9:10 P.
