HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1958-06-23 NECESSITY ROYCROFT Page 3464 MINUTES OF THE PUBLIC HARING FOR THE PURPOSE OF DETERMINING THE NECESSITY OF INSTALLING ROAD DRAINAGE IMPROVE'ME'i'TS ON ROYCROFT AVENUE EAST OF MIDDLE BELT ROAD, CITY OF LIVONIA A Public Hearing for the purpose of determining whether or not to install road drainage improvements on Roycroft Atrenue, East of Middle Belt Road, City of Livonia, was called to order at approximately 8:09 P. M., June 23,1958, at the Livonia City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road by Councilman Rudolf R. Kleinert, who acted as Chairman. The following members of the Council were present: Rudolf R. Kleinert, Sydney B. Bagdall, Robert Sasser and Jack Salvadore. Absent: Austin T. Grant, Frank O'Neill and James R. McCann. The Chairman stated that the City Clerk has mailed notices to those persons owning land in the proposed Special Assessment District and that all other requirements of Ordinance No. 31, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," have been fulfilled; therefore the Public Hearing was declared open for comments. Questions and comments of interested parties present were heard and given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk. There being no further comments or questions, the Chairman declared the Public Hearing closed at approximately E :35 P. M., June 23, 1958. t�u Maar e W. Clark, City Clerk. �~ l '
