On May 19, 1958, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Cbuncil at approximately 8:34 P. M. Present-- Austin T. Grant, Frank 0/Neill, Rudolf R. Kleinert, Robert Sasser, Jack Salvadore and James R. McCann. Absent-- Sydney B. Bagnall. The President stated that, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 31 of the City of Livonia, as amended, aid likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hear- ing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with Section 12 of said Ordinance No. 31, as amended, the City Council was opening a Public Hearing for the purpose of reviewing the Special Assessment Roll on road drainage inprovements in Mayfield Avenue from Six Mile Road to Curtis Avenue. Questions and comments made by residents were given due consideration by the Council, which questions and comments appear in a transcript of this meeting on file in the office of the City Clerk. A letter from Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Brockett, dated May 19, 1958, was received and placed on file. There being no further discussion, on motion duly made and adopted, the Public Hearing for the purpose of considering the assessment roll for road drainage improvements in Mayfield Avenue was declared closed by the President at approximately 8:50 P.
